A running rant about bad television, crappy products, horrible service, mindless politics, corporate and government ineptitude, moronic media, marketing overload, public idiocy, stupid entertainment, etc. Here's what's annoying me today:

Will you both please shut up

I think I'm going to have to find some room on the top 10 suck list for one or both of these guys. Our distinguished and embarrassing senators from Massachusetts. George Bush will always be number one until the day he is impeached, resigns, or we somehow survive another three years of his presidency & get the clown out of there. But if the Democrats are ever again to win a national election, they must pledge to never again let either of these guys come within 100 yards of a camera or microphone. And remember, this is coming from a "Massachusetts Liberal" who voted for Kerry (before I voted against him).

Since this blog is supposed to be light, and not too political, lets focus on the comedy of it. Kerry calling a press conference and calling for a filibuster of Alito's nomination, long after it's clear that the fight is over (you lost the election, moron) from Switzerland. Only thing that could have made him look like more of an idiot, would be if he were in France.

And Kennedy's trying to be taken seriously blabbing unintelligibly about Alito for two weeks, while comedians are having a field day with his new children's book about his dog Splash. This guy will never be able to be taken seriously.

I swear, these two must have moles inside their offices working for David Letterman or John Stewart. You couldn't make this stuff up.

I'm not that proud of it, but this is the sort of thing that made me vote for the Bush man. If they could just sound like reasonable people instead of wacked out sixties era loons, the Democratic party might have a chance to break up the conservative monopoly.

At this year's Pan Mass Challenge, Senator Kerry was asked to say a few words about his being a cancer survivor. For those of you who don’t know, Senator Kerry has been a rider in the PMC for many years and has undoubtedly raised lots of money for the Jimmy Fund, he also is a survivor of prostrate cancer.

Anyway, Kerry stood up in front of 4,000 cyclists who were about to raise $21 million dollars for the PMC. He babbled on about how George Bush was spending all of the cancer research money for the war in Iraq. Now remember, this crowd of cyclists are directly involved in the daily lives of people who are now in the fight of their lives against cancer. Kerry then inferred that if he had been elected President that he would have spent money on Cancer research and found a cure instead of buying bombs. This guys a gem!

Funny comment: "And remember, this is coming from a "Massachusetts Liberal" who voted for Kerry (before I voted against him)."
That cracked me up man.

I am hoping that Kerry gets it handed to him in the primaries next election run. He's definitely running, but is no match for Hillary. She is actually doing a lot in the Senate, although if you listen at all to the right you would swear she is eating the heads of babies (she's so angry you know, c'mon).

She needs to build a vision of the future that balances the 'terra' of Bush and his paranoia with getting some things done at home. Bush doesn't even think about this country anymore. He's so concerned about Iraq and going on vacation to Texas.

Kennedy and Kerry found some magic in Iowa last go round. Hopefully they won't catch lightning in a bottle again. It would be a bad thing for the Dems.

Well, I'm afraid if the Dems end up with either Hillary or Kerry next time, they will again be losers.
